We are dedicated to maintaining the value of the artwork we produce so you may feel secure that you are making a smart purchase.
All artwork that is purchased in this online store is backed by a buy-back guarantee where we will purchase the artwork back from you at the same price that you bought it from us. Forever. This assures that your artwork, no matter when you bought it, will hold its value. You may also decide for us to work together to sell your print at a higher cost to another collector. This makes artwork by Adis Halilovic perfect for starting a new collection or adding to an already existing one!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Prints purchased as part of a frame-ready package must be returned with the mat, foam core backing, and certificate. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase in your request.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@adishalilovic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for adequately packaging the artwork for shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the paper print is damaged or tarnished after you received it, we are you will not be able to get a free replacement. If this happens please contact info@adishalilovic and we can discuss getting you a replacement at a reduced cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Wall-a-peels are not eligible to be returned for a refund unless it has been unused.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
